Therapy for Anxiety

Anxiety is inherent to the human experience.

You may feel anxious before a big presentation or a job interview. In those moments, a healthy level of anxiety can motivate you to rise to the occasion and move through the challenge. But what happens when anxiety becomes overwhelming—when it leaves you feeling stuck, chronically stressed, or even paralyzed?

This kind of anxiety can interfere with your ability to show up as your best self at work, at home, and in your relationships. You might find yourself constantly worried, feeling on-edge or restless, unable to sleep, focus, or enjoy life. If this sounds familiar, please know that it doesn’t have to stay this way.

In therapy, I can help you explore the parts of you that carry fear, pressure, or worry using a compassionate and evidence-based approach called Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS helps us gently understand why these anxious parts exist, how they’re trying to protect you, and how to bring them relief—so you can feel more grounded, calm, and connected to your true Self. Healing is possible, and inner peace is within reach.
