As a woman, you face unique challenges—hormonal shifts, reproductive transitions, identity changes, and cultural pressures that can deeply impact your mental and emotional well-being. I collaborate with women who are struggling to make sense of these changes and who may feel increasingly distant from their partners, families, or even themselves. These experiences are often accompanied by anxiety, depression, irritability, fatigue, and a sense of being lost.
In our work together, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you compassionately explore the parts of you that may feel burned out, unseen, silenced, or burdened by shame. IFS allows us to listen inward, gently supporting the parts of you that are reacting to hormonal shifts, unmet needs, or long-standing wounds—so that your inner wisdom and calm Self can begin to lead.
